Maybe you’ve heard of “We the People”, that part of official White House website where citizens can petition for social change (like opening up the 25 year rule for importable cars). Turns out Lego has a similar setup. It’s called Lego Ideas and it is where builders of kits like this Audi RS 5 DTM can post projects for people to support. Get enough supporters and Lego examines the projects and maybe even sells a set.

Audi Q6 Larson 600x300 photo

By far, one of our favorite render artists is Larson. A regular source for major magazines like Autobild, Larson studied design with many designers key today in brand design studios like that of Audi. We’re always fascinated with his work, and this render previewing Audi’s upcoming Q6 sports crossover falls into that space.

1:87 scale cars are tiny. Matcbox/Hotwheels cars are larger in comparison, though in scale detail still goes to the 1:87 since that’s also the same scale as HO model trains. One of our favorite manufacturers is Herpa, the German manufacturer of many things tiny and also an official supplier to the Audi Collection.

We’ve no doubt we’ll both grab your attention and maybe throw up an air of skepticism when we tell you that what started life as a lowly European B2 Audi Coupe quattro will run you €185,000.00. Yes, that’s a stiff number and yes, it’s nearly as expensive as an original Sport quattro. Even still, this may be one of the most bonkers Audi S1 replica builds going.

Audi RS Recaro Seats PRETOS 311 600x300 photo

One of the more unique elements of the latest RS 6 and RS 7 models from Audi is the honeycomb/hexagonal quilted stitching on the leather seating surfaces. Matching the texture of Audi’s RS grille-work, this unique touch offers a distinctly Audi cue to any new RS-car. Up until now, it’s just been available on the RS 6 and RS 7, though thanks to Germany’s PRETOS, it seems that’s about to change.

Though more of a single market saloon series nowadays, the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) grabbed Audi enthusiasts’ attention in the 1990s when Audi Sport and the brand’s then-new A4 took touring car racing by storm around the world and especially in Great Britain. Gone today are the factory efforts, but cars like the Audi […] More…

A next-generation MLB-evo based Audi Q7 test mule has been spied again testing at the Nürburgring in Germany. This time around, the car bears a few obvious clues that it is a hybrid version and likely a plug-in hybrid that would qualify it for the e-tron moniker in the Audi naming lexicon.

During the presentation at the Audi TT launch last week, Audi’s moderator began a rehearsed Q&A with Ingolstadt’s chief of development Dr. Ulrich Hackenberg by mentioning a “rumored TT-based concept car for Paris”. Given this was no question by a journalist and instead pre-planned by a PR manager, Audi surely grabbed our attention.
