Audi has officially shown their all-new TT RS Coupe and Roadster today at the Bejing Motor Show, with a European market launch goal of Fall 2016.  Featuring a new, more aggressive front bumper with enhanced cooling, a fixed rear wing, prominent rear diffuser, and 20 ” lightweight wheels, the TT RS does a good job of setting itself apart aesthetically from it’s more tame TT siblings.
Under the hood, the new TT RS features a familiar-sounding yet completely reworked 2.5 TFSI, now making 400hp and 354 lb-ft of torque, a jump of 40 horsepower and 11 ft-lbs of torque when compared to the old model.   Combined with the standard S tronic gearbox, the newest RS will sprint to 62mph in just 3.7 second, and go on to a limited 155mph top speed.  Remove the limiter, and Audi claims the new TT RS is good for more than 170mph.
Moving inside the new car, and the new TT RS gains quite a few motorsport-inspired touches, including an RS Sport steering wheel with partial alcantara upholstery, that looks quite familiar to what is currently found in the R8, featuring both Start button and Drive Select functionality.  Seating looks quite similar to the TT S model, with what look to be slightly deeper bolsters and the RS logo stamped into the seat back.
