A friend once told me that “life is all about value“, and he’s got a point. Whether opting for the drive-thru based solely on price, or getting that case of San Pelligrino rather than buying one at a time, we all like to stretch our money as far as possible in the name of a “good deal.” With this in mind, we may have just found the best deal for Audi enthusiasts in the Bay Area of all time.
For just $550/day (or $590/day with extra insurance), you can now rent an Audi RS 7 from Audi on demand, the brand’s San Francisco-based car sharing program. If you break it down, it amounts to less than one dollar per horsepower. No matter which way you cut it, that’s a pretty damn good deal.
Like with most everything else in life, there are a few downsides- namely a 200mi/day cap (overage cost is $0.50 per mile), and the fact that you’ll have to eventually give it back. But for those who live in the city and need a big car to shuttle friends around, or Audi enthusiasts simply looking to spend some quality time with the rowdiest car in the brand’s lineup, the positives far outweigh any negatives.
