It’s fair to say that Walter de Silva is heavily invested in the Audi TT. The Volkswagen Group design chief may have handed the reigns of the Audi brand over to Stefan Sielaff and now Wolfgang Egger, but the man still oversees the group of brands in its entirety, the second-generation TT came under his own reign at Audi and he’s an outspoken fan of the Warkuss era of design that saw the birth of the radical first-generation TT.
